I took the masked image of the nurse as if she had decided to ask for better pay more forcefully.  The repurposed Adam and the Ants lyrics are created in a ransom note aesthetic, torn from stolen copies of the Daily Mail (I have a cleptomaniac uncle). Blown up on a newsagents photocopier, applied to upcycled Guardian advertising card, painted with an off white acrylic and glued to the blacked out background.
